OVERVIEW

In association with our working partners, Phoenix Environmental SM provides municipalities with waste purification, toxin remediation and power generation.  We deliver custom solutions using state-of-the-art biomass and waste treatment equipment manufactured by well-recognized companies. MISSION

Our primary focus is to meet the demand for smaller, modular gasifiers for biomass and waste gasification. We reduce costly maintenance and overall life-cycle costs to the owner. The systems are developed to meet requirements such as:

  • Using renewable and 100% green systems.

  • Ensuring low CO2  emissions.

  • Eliminating the use of fossil fuels.

  • Not incorporating nuclear technology.

TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT

Each year improvements are made by equipment manufacturers to arrive at the technology being offered today.*1 The systems *2 are ideally suited to handle the waste using smaller modular systems *3 which can be located (and re-located) where the demand exists.

Once the waste is treated to kill off harmful pathogens and bacteria, the remaining biosolids are heated to high temperatures to produce a syngas mixture made up of mostly hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane and carbon dioxide.

The syngas produced in waste-to-energy gasification facilities can be used to generate electricity to offset energy costs, and in certain conditions produce a surplus.     

MILESTONE EVENTS

  • Our engineers coordinate a "Project Needs Assessment" with the client, followed by a proposal addressing the treatment needs. 
  • After acceptance, a formal long-term service agreement is negotiated.
  • We secure the necessary permits from local and state officials. Sub-assembly is initiated for complete system integration on-site. 
  • All fully assembled plants undergo an extensive first article testing prior to formal operation.

Phoenix Environmental SM , a business unit of Phoenix Amalgamated, LLC, is pleased to announce its new partnership with Panacea Business and Engineering, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Ethiopia, addressed in Addis Ababa.  A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was recently signed outlining the preliminary terms of a strategic representation relationship for the purpose of establishing, securing, and managing project deals related to environmental services in waste collection, processing, and distribution of treated by-products in Ethiopia.
